The property is fairly cleanwith a very modern design, and the continental breakfast is excellent. It has nice location in Leicester close to friendly pubs and enough to Leicester. Besides, a botanic garden is 5 minutes' drive away...

The location was perfect for Leicester, right by a complex with lots to do, enough to Leicester and the outskirts of the city: )

Location
Single thin sheet covering matress, and hard pillows. Severly restricted Wifi, very poor breakfast. The room is in need of some rennovation

Had an awesome getaway with friends. We loved catching a rugby match at Welford Road Stadium and enjoying an very nice concert at O2 Academy. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast selection was great! Definitely recommend it for a fun group trip.
One of our friends faced an issue where the air conditioning in her room leaked when turned on. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and helped as best they could.

I noticed my bedsheets had a brown stain. I was shocked by this. The hotel needs a modernisation. The curtains, carpets... Looks like it's been there for centuries. The busy flower pattern in the room can induce a migraine.

Hallways stained and drab. Room carpet stained, bedding poor quality. Bathroom very dated. Food awful. This location needs a serious update. I will not stay again.

Restaurant let the whole place down the service was shocking there was I lady serving and stephen running the bar. The female kept shouting at the guy and telling him off in front of everbody. My mother ordered sirloin roast with Yorkshire pudding and I ordered 10oz gammon steak with chips. Both were extremely poor.it looked like my chips which had been left in fryer for far too long nearly black and halves of new potato heavily deep fried the sirlion was not eaten fatty.Yes we should of complained we had been up since 4am at Silverstone.wanted a good meal and bed. Hence we went to mcdonalds for breakfast not hotel not impressed. Booked which it wasrestraunt 12 people and I guess that it could cater for 50 with a hotel fully .
The hotel manager was great friendly welcome and room very good for cost.
