I want to say thank you for a good experience, would stay here again. Fashionable rooms complete with good temperature control and iron plus the Bathroom.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.

Had an awesome getaway with friends. We loved catching a rugby match at Welford Road Stadium and enjoying an very nice concert at O2 Academy. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast selection was great! Definitely recommend it for a fun group trip.
One of our friends faced an issue where the air conditioning in her room leaked when turned on. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and helped as best they could.

I noticed my bedsheets had a brown stain. I was shocked by this. The hotel needs a modernisation. The curtains, carpets... Looks like it's been there for centuries. The busy flower pattern in the room can induce a migraine.

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were super friendly and made breakfast a delightful start with fresh pastries. 🥐 A little letdown with the shower draining slow, but overall a lovely experience!

Hallways stained and drab. Room carpet stained, bedding poor quality. Bathroom very dated. Food awful. This location needs a serious update. I will not stay again.

The Double Room with Sofa Bed was spacious, with a comfy sofa and a tv. Great air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The breakfast offered various options like make-your-own pancakes. Free parking was a huge plus, and the fitness centre had everything needed for a good workout.
