Had an awesome getaway with friends. We loved catching a rugby match at Welford Road Stadium and enjoying an incredible concert at O2 Academy. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast selection was great! Definitely recommend it for a fun group trip.

One of our friends faced an issue where the air conditioning in her room leaked when turned on. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and helped as best they could.

The Double Room with Sofa Bed was spacious, featuring a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV. Great air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The breakfast offered various options like make-your-own pancakes. Free parking was a huge plus, and the fitness centre had everything needed for a good workout.

We had an enjoyable family trip where the spacious room and clean facilities made our stay comfortable. The warm welcome from the staff added to the experience, especially with the complimentary drinks and fruits as special guests. we found a sock and an empty box under the bed, which was a bit off-putting. it was good value for money and conveniently located near attractions.

I had a delightful experience during my stay. The spacious room featured a well-designed layout with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom that made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast had a variety of options, including gluten-free choices, which was perfect. I experienced a slight inconvenience as the breakfast timing wasn't clear, and I missed it on my departure day.

We stayed for 4 nights and the experience was fab! The staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. Our room had great air con, which was a lifesaver. The soundproofing was excellent, so no noise from other guests. Only bummer was that no one was at reception when we arrived, but they sorted it quick. Enjoyed the pizza from room service too!

Dining options need improvement. one meal was lukewarm and the other was poorly executed, resulting in a less than enjoyable experience. Noise from adjoining rooms can be disruptive, especially with boisterous families nearby. Internet connection felt unreliable, making it frustrating for those who rely on it.
